Location: Zahnd Park, Champaign (southwest corner of Windsor and Staley Rds.)

Payment can also be made with check or cash and brought on the first day.

This 7-Week Summer Speed School will focus on speed, agility, flexibility, and conditioning. Participants will learn the correct mechanics of Acceleration, Top Speed Running, and Change of Direction; along with the improvements to the body’s total conditioning, this training will increase the athlete’s performance on the field of play. Summer Speed school focuses on general athleticism and is not sport-specific. Coaching staff will includes former collegiate track, football, and basketball athletes.
Project Athletes Summer Speed School is held in partnership with the Champaign Park District and brought to you by Christie Clinic. It is also supported by the Orange Krush Foundation at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
